Angela Freeman is a Human Resources professional having served more than 25 years in progressively responsible senior management level positions in the Federal government and several HR leadership positions in the private sector at association and for-profit organizations. She has served in Senior Executive Service positions directing the full range of human capital management programs for national and global workforces.
